Shipping and Processing

Operating Hours:
Our operating hours are Monday - Friday, excluding major holidays.

Order Processing:
Processing times may vary, and it may take 1-2 business days before a shipping label is created.  

Orders placed on Fridays, or days we are not operating will be processed the next available business day.

All of our products are handmade, so we appreciate your understanding and patience as we process your order.

 

Shipping Speeds and Postal Rates:

Please keep the following and our hours of operation in mind when placing an order.

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout, based on the total weight of your order and shipping address.

Shipping speeds reflect the time the postal carrier takes to deliver your order, and does not include the processing times mentioned above. 

 

Shipping:

• We ship via USPS to all 50 states. First Class Shipping is only offered on orders under sixteen ounces (1lb)

• We are not responsible if your package is marked delivered and is stolen, you must file a claim directly with USPS.

• All missing mail claims must be filed directly through USPS and are only eligible for refunds on packages with insurance (Priority Mail)
